When is a claimlodged?
Telling us about an incident, by phone or with the form below, starts our help. It is not, by itself, the lodgement of a claim with your insurer.
Our claims team will confirm the details with you, prepare what the insurer needs, and tell you when the claim has been lodged and what happens next.
Insurers make the decision on a claim. Our role is to advocate for you and keep you informed throughout.
